Trees cut down.

I have used them before. Personalized Tree Service did everything I asked for. I will use them again.

I had one mishap with them one time.  A limb got loose from them and knocked a lantern down that I had in my yard.  They absolutely asked me to replace it, they covered the complete cos. and felt terrible about doing it.  They are great guys.  They are very courteous and clean up.  They want to know where I want, what, and when.  They are very good.  In the tornadoes last year, I had 3 trees down across my driveway and he was here within 2 days.  They came out to me as quickly as possible.

This is the second time I have used them.  They are professional.  They come and do exactly what they say when they say they are going to do it.  They did not tear up my yard with their machines.  They are just excellent workers.  I would grade them highly across the board.

I had used PTS several years prior to remove a dead, dangerous tree and the service was exceptional.  It was only a couple weeks between their estimate and begining the actual work.  They removed four trees, one of which was very large and hanging over my pool.  They removed this tree without damaging anything.  In fact, the only trash on the pool (the cover was already installed in anticipation of this work) was sawdust.  They cut down all four trees without incident.  Three stumps were ground.  PTS removed all of the tree trash

 and cleaned the lawn.  The work crew arrived as expected and worked a very long day.  They had to return the next day to finish up simply because they ran out of daylight.  They were polite and considerate in always asking about placement of their equipment in relation to my lawn, plants and shrubs.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

The job went okay. I've had him out a couple of times before. Last time he was out, he was supposed to come back out to inject the trees with some kind of treatment. I had called him in October to see when he would come back out. He said he would come back around November 15. He said he would call me, but he never did. We never heard back from him. One of the trees he treated ended up dying. It wasn't necessarily his fault, but he wasn't very responsive. The price was reasonable.
