The engine light on my 2006 Kia Rio started flashing and I couldn't accelerate over 40 mph. I stopped in at Mack Smith Tires and spoke to Scott, their mechanic, and dropped the car off about 4:00 pm. The next morning at 10:30 I received a call from Scott who explained the problem and the repair to me. I was able to pick up the vehicle around lunch time and the car runs great. I went to Mack Smith Tires for the first time last summer (2011) when I purchased a set of tires for my truck. I had shopped around, and they had a very competitive price. I also had a brake job done on the truck that was very reasonable. Additionally, besides the work described above, I had some electrical work done by them on the brake lights on the Kia. Every time I have used them, they have diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the problem promptly and at a fair price. I will continue to use them for my automotive needs.
