LEAPING LIZ LAPTOPS

We brought them a working computer we just needed the power jack replaced. It was getting too hot so we decided replace it.They called and told us after replacing the jack the motherboard was fried. It wasn't fried when we brought it to them. They said things like this happen. We weren't sure what happened. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt and later we decided to get the motherboard replaced, so I brought them the laptop and the $200.00 they told me it would cost for the part. They said it would take about 1 week to get the part. I called the next day to be sure I gave them enough money for the motherboard, The assistent told me yes it was enough and the owner ordered the part. I called 5-7 days later and was told it wasn't in yet. I called about 4 days later and she told me no it wasn't in and the owner called the company and they said it would be shipped in a matter of days. I waited and still no call from the company. So the third time I called again,and was told the owner checked on the part and it still hadn't ship. It would be shipping in about 1 day. Finally on Sept. 29th I called and she said yes I think it came in she went to check. I heard her speaking in the back ground to the owner and was finally told the part was NEVER orded. (I was lied to at least 3 times that is was) and they couldn't find a part for the price she told me. I told the to refund my money and they told me they didn't know when they would have my money. My husband called and was the same thing about the money and they told him they tried to offer me another computer and I didn't accep the computer. BUT that is a lie, they didn't offer me anything accept lies.Finally they told my husband they would have the money the next day. This was a $1,000.00 gaming laptop that they fried and took no responsibility for. Not even an apology for being lied to. Please beware of this company!
