Went as expected and quoted.

No Issues! They installed the gutters and gutter guards and cleaned up such that you would never know they were here. They were very professional and answered all of my many questions.

They were very courteous, arrived for the initial consultation as scheduled. We had a a few weather related delays (set them back on other projects and delayed start of our project). I usually had to call to follow up on a projected date for the work to be done, but calls were returned. Once we had a firm date for installation all went well. They arrived as planned, competed the work and  left the areas they worked in clean. I was pleased with all of the work that was completed. Overall I was satisfied with the work that was done. I would use them again.

Choo Choo Materials was a great company to work with and I intend to use them again for future project needs. From first contact for estimate to the installation completed during a frigid single digit without complaint and even a smile on the poor installer's face the people at Choo Choo were professional, dependable and provided quality service.

All went well. Probably busy, it took a couple of call times to make an appointment. Big selection on colors and size. The install went fast and looks really good. There was one minor correction needed and they were very prompt to come back out. Would use them again.

*answered all questions prior to beginning work
*gave us a very detailed quote - and stuck to it
*responded promptly to all emails
*reassured us over our concerns about dust - and followed through
*were prompt with their work, and we came home to a clean house
*did a great job - even the EPB inspector was impressed
*handled our EPB rebate paperwork for us
*gave us a good referral for an electrician for some work that needed to be done before we could safely install insulation
*were just super nice
One of the best experiences with a home improvement contractor we've ever had.

Great company

On time, clean (as clean as blowing insulation can be!), hard workers, crew has been with Erby Cody for a while and they know what they are doing.

They did a great job. It only took about 5 hours and they showed up on time and cleaned up all their mess. They did miss a spot, but after contacting the foreman, they will be back Monday to complete. I was concerned about the color, but it ended up matching perfectly. The workers were very personable and accomodating.
