Description of Work: I bought a leather chair here, and returned it 3 days later. I had to pay a "restocking" fee and now, I was told, it has to be considered "used"! More butts sat in it at the store than sat in it at my house! This customer service attitude lost a customer!

 + -1 moreBought a memory foam mattress and had it delivered. Price was really good with one caveat - banner on end of bed had a Kathy Ireland logo on it so I wrongly assumed that was the maker and did price and quality research based on that. It wasn't a Kathy Ireland mattress but the research on the brand I got was just as good so I didn't complain. Other reviews I found on this store had a complaint on mattress and warranties so I am worried about this because we, like them, received NO paperwork on the mattress from the store requested that online from the manufacturer. Delivery charge was $50 which we didn't realize until we got home, which I thought was excessive but we're older and didn't want to unload a heavy mattress from our truck. When the delivery men arrived, we realized the mattress and box spring are quite light so we could have done it. Delivery men were here maybe 5 minutes and had the gall to ask for a tip - which they did not get based upon the $50 delivery fee. Overall, we love the mattress but the experience with this store was less than great. We were considering buying a chair from them, but decided against it so I would not recommed this store to a friend, sorry Tondee's.
