The week before (Masters week) they came out 2 consecutive days and did a fair job cleaning the house, with exception to the master shower that needed touch up and a kitchen lamp shade globe that was broken, which they said they would replace, but I actually had to replace myself. I explained to them that I was having the heating, air conditioning and air handling units replaced and asked them if I should have the H/AC ducts cleaned before or after the H/AC work done? They recommended afterward. So, I contacted them to try and set up when they would be available to clean the duct work before my wife would be home from the hospital and because it was Masters week in Augusta they dropped me like a hot potato. Telling me that I should try and find another company to sanitize and clean my AC vents, because there crew was booked up. I called and asked to speak to the owner on several occasions, but he would not return any of my phone calls. I ended up having to hire another company to come in and cleanse and sanitize my ventiation ducts. I will never use this company again!!!
