"We appreciate constructive criticism as it causes us to evaluate and improve. The technician assigned to this cleaning is highly skilled, proficient, and connects well with his customers. It thrills us to know that the actual cleaning experience was appreciated and enjoyed. As for the price, we try to be competitive in a market that is bombarded with smaller companies that may or may not provide the quality of cleaning that we offer. Our prices are based on square footage - $48 for rooms under 200 square feet. In this instance, a room under 200 square feet was cleaned as well as a room exceeding 200 square feet. The second room was priced at $96. In addition, there were three rugs to be cleaned. Our price structure is $.85 per square foot. Two of the rugs were 92 square feet for $78.20. The last rug was 30 square feet for $25.50. Again, no hidden fees or inflated pricing. As the customer was pleased with the cleaning and the experience, we feel as though the price was suitable."

The young man was right on time, went straight to work, and did an excellent job. He was very pleasant to work with. I am very happy with the way my carpet looks today.
