Fantastic! Within minutes of checking for a provider on Angie's List last Saturday, Mr. Millsap called me and arranged to come give an estimate in about an hour. He provided copies of his license as well as workers' compensation and liability insurance. He scheduled the work for Wednesday. He arrived on time and completed the work that day. Mr. Millsap is very personable and honest. He has experience working for the county and city. He realizes the importance of carrying insurance, which is well worth the additional cost. While big companies do not have time to get to small jobs like ours and do not follow up by returning phone calls, Mr. Millsap does not hesitate in contacting prospective clients, giving estimates, and scheduling jobs. Our experience with him could not have been better.
