I am a certified home and business inspector living in the Rome, Ga area and personally perform each and every inspection. I will help you determine if the home or business you are considering is safe, healthy, and a good investment. Instead of a quick inspection with a hand written report, or an inspection using unreliable technology, I use reliable, time proven, industry standard methods to gather my findings. That way I can educate you with credible information about the house you are considering, print a report with detailed explanations and photos of the problems found, and discuss with you any maintenance concerns, repairs, and costs of those repairs. Brian utilized an accompanying software on his iPad that allowed him to enter his inspection report as he went. He didn't miss anything! He was able to provide thoughtful comments on what he observed, made recommendations on items that needed service or repair, and took helpful photos along the way.
Brian's report was thorough, complete, and easy to follow. It allowed us to know what needed to be repaired, what eventually we can expect, and gave us peace-of-mind as we moved forward in the purchase process.
The best part about Brian's inspection was that he let me tag along! He took the time along the way to explain what he was doing at every step. He taught me about general maintenance, things to look for, and walked me through the plumbing, electrical, hvac, appliances, and even our outdoor well system.
Brian was available for consult after the inspection, and I still feel that I can call him today.
