He is very knowledgeable and suggested better ways of doing things as we went along. We threw him a curve when we radically changed the shower design in mid-stream. Eric adapted to the changes with no problems and built it exactly as we wanted. There was some delay in finishing the glass work on the shower, but it was caused by the redesign and supplier problems. Overall, things went very well and we would not hesitate to recommend and / or re-employ Eric for future projects.
