Merry Maids of Rome

The girls that came to the house did a very good job. There should be a rating category between excellent and good. It was more than good, but not excellent. I was afraid of the quality of work I might get because my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and the girls did not show up until about 10:25 a.m. That was very upsetting because I had a lot to get done that day and it really knocked me off schedule. They also took a little bit longer than I thought it should have taken, but at the same time they were very detailed in most areas. I only found four or five places to touch up or dust. I called Merry Maids at 9:10 when they were not there and the girl who answered the phone said the girls were in a meeting and would be here about 9:30 or 9:45. Why did they schedule a meeting when I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment? I called back close to 10:00 a.m. and she said they were on their way, it was her fault, and she was sorry. I was very unhappy at this point. They showed up close to 10:30. It almost ruined my whole day. If that had not happened I would have called it an overall very good experience. The girls need to speed it up a little bit, though. They charge $80.00 an hour.
