I had some initial issues with confirming a date for the service which was later explained to my satisfaction. The electrician showed up on time as scheduled. I could tell he was experienced as I watched him repair an outlet and I learned some good technique from him. Upon leaving, I offered to pay and he indicated they would invoice me. I never received an invoice even after calling one time to tell them I have not been invoiced.
