 + -1 moreHe did a fair job on the porch. Just messed up the roofing job. It would have cost him less to fix the thing and he could have salvaged his reputation, but he refused to do the right thing. Wouldn't surprise me at how many people he did that way the same year since he moved. He sure didn't move just because I sued for $500.
Description of Work: Ken and three workers built a porch onto my home. It was during the dry season. Three months after it was finished and the rains came the roof they had done leaked. I called Ken and told him about the problem and he stated he would be by to check it out. He did not show. I called again and then again the third time. Each time he said he would be here , but never showed. Then I could not reach him and I called his mother to get her to intercede with him. Still no Ken. I finally had to hire a local roofing company to fix the roof. It cost me an additional $500 to them. I tried to bring Ken into small claims court , but he moved and they could not serve him with papers. He operates about anywhere in Georgia and has been known to do work in Louisiana.
