Jack provided us with an itemized estimate withing 3 days. One we agreed, construction was started the next week. Jack coordinated all aspects of the construction in such a way that construction was continuous with no lost time. In fact the whole job was done with military precision. The quality of work exceeded local builing codes. Jack visited the job frequently to check the quality of the work. He has a very sharp eye and was able to identify things that needed to be done or changed. All of his workers and sub-contractors were top-notch. The job was finished on schedule with a beautiful result. This is the second time we have used Jack Pearson Construction for a project and each one was accomplished in a timely and professional manner.
