It's fine. They were very professional. My wife told me to use them. The pricing was fine. It was okay. It wasn't anything special but it's fine.

When choosing my trees on a weekday that was not busy, I had no assistance. I was In the tree section for over thirty minutes choosing, dragging, and loading seven 5 ft. evergreens. I asked for help but the lady who finally came to help me was in her sixties and argued about whether they would fit into my suburban ( this was a useless argument since I have put many large gardening items in my suburban).

The was a bit disappointed in the service quality.  I would however, purchase other appliances at Home Depot.  I learned if you put too much food in your freezer, the food will thaw out.

After the initial estimate, another person (per the standard installation process) came to verify the measurements. Five weeks later, I am told part of the window sections, as specified, are outside the limits of what they can manufacture. The project manager scheduled a time to meet him at my house at 9:30. I told him exactly 9:30, as I had other commitments. I waited for a reasonable period of time and left before he came. He was still able to remeasure and he now indicates an additional $600 (for the same size). I am considering canceling the contract. Home Depot has a website for customers to follow the progress of the job. It unfortunately shows me at step 4, a pre-installation visit; step 3, the call to arrange the visit never happened. We are really at step 2, paperwork review. At this rate, it feels like it will take six months to complete! I am waiting for a call back from my local Home Depot manager to see if they can convince me to continue. I am also going to get additional quotes from other vendors. I tried this once before about a year earlier and unfortunately, only Home Depot showed to give me a quote.
