The work was below average at best. Many large bubbles in the vinyl and a tear in the laundry room about 15 inches long. The carpet was loose at all closet door openings and in many places against the walls. In one room they left the carpet laying flat going up the wall about 6 inches. Smoked in home . I called and got the run around, called back a week later and finally got he manager on the phone who said they would call back the next day to let us know when they would come back and fix the issues. NEVER heard from them again.
Description of Work: Hired to install carpet and vinyl in home. Terrible job on both. Air bubbles under vinyl in many large places, vinyl cut 3 inches away from the wall,ripped vinyl in laundry room about 15 inch tear. Carpet loose around closet doors and left with several inch hangover in some places, laying flat against the wall . Called to talk with management on 3 different occasions, got the run around and then they said they would call back within 24 hours to set a time for the mistakes to be fixed. Never heard from them again.would not recommend this business to anyone.
