Owner came promptly and promised speedy repair. We paid him half of the total estimate. He mismeasured the gutter so the first one he ordered would not work. He left the property and did not return. We spoke to him twice in the next few weeks and while he had a few reasons for the delay he promised completion within the week. He has not returned. It has now been about two months since his first visit to the property. He has not attempted to contact us.
