Rick and Pedro did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, and quick. They arrived when they said they would and finished the repair in less than an hour. The price was fair and reasonable. I will definitely call Carver & Carver Plumbing for my next plumbing job.

Installed new water heater after house remodel 2 years ago. Noticed not enough hot water when guest visited. Since Carver and Carver installed it we called them to come out and evaluate. The technician said the plumbing was installed backwards when it was first put in. They fixed their mistake and then sent us a bill to fix their mistake. Tried to contact Carver and Carver several times to discuss the bill. They never returned our calls.

They did a horrible job. They fixed the broken lines, but they didn't fix the leaks. They charged me and told me they fixed the leaks. They essentially lied. They claimed they had checked and signed off on the washing machine in the laundry room. The connection was broken. There is no way they could have checked it. It was leaking all over the place. There is no way they checked it. There was no washing machine, but if they had turned it on they would have seen that it was leaking with the connection to the wall. They claimed they checked that. There were leaks they never found because they never checked under my pipes. There were nine leaks they missed. They were here when they said they were.

I had leaking faucets in an older jacuzzi tub. A plumber came by late Friday to work on the job. The stems were the problem and they could not be found. He left my faucets streaming water with the promise to return "first thing on Saturday". After repeated attempts to reach him, I gave up. I called Carver. A guy came out and capped the water to my tub and will order the parts to replace the bad stems. Now the price was very expensive but it was a Saturday.

Showed up at exactly the quoted time.  Diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes.  Extremely professional.  I thought the price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Other than being late on the first visit, they did a great job

Two young men arrived on time. One had his foot in a cast.

They went wright to work ,determed the tank was cracked and said due to it's age it would be hard to find a new tank.

They made several calls and no tanks in the area.

Went to Home Depot bought new commode returned .Found one side of hold down flange was broken had some special hard ware that cured this problem.

These Folks new what they were doing , I recommend this company very highly I hope all there people are this capable and have the work ethic of these two young men .

it with a new energy efficient commode. They picked up the new commode
and installed it quickly. Brendan and Joey were both professional and

was right. Before he left the bathroom Brendan noticed that my bathroom
sink faucets didn't line up correctly, before he left he adjusted
them . I would call them again.Service went well he installed the new commode and adjusted my sink faucets. They showed up on time and were courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber. The work was done quickly and on time.

Water heater blew up on a Sunday, called Carver and Carver at approximately 9:00 AM Monday morning, technicians were here by 10:30, by 11:00 had diagnosed problem and had shown the defect to me, returned from lunch and picking up supplies by 1:00, had new heater fully installed by 4:00. They checked faucets to remove air from lines. Removed and reinstalled faucet screens to clean rust particles off of them. Waited for pressure to build and checked for leaks. Went into attic to inspect vent pipe that goes out through roof. Climbed onto roof to inspect vent boot, and pipe, and cap. New heater is taller than old one so pipe above roof is several inches taller than it was before. New section above roof was standard silver aluminum color so techs spray painted it to match existing boot, pipe, and cap. Then they even gave everything a new coat of paint to ensure a uniform color. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves inside and outside before leaving. Even took throw rugs I'd put down inside front door outside to shake them out. Both technicians were extremely professional, competent, and polite. I am 150% satisfied with everything. If you need a plumber call Carver and carver!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, to replace the bath fixtures they were going to have to cut through a wall. They noted that the fixtures in the tub were of a certain brand and they though they could find matching replacement parts that would be interchangeable with existing parts. In fact, they were able to do this and saved us over $200 because we were able to return the fixture we had bought. The replacement parts were considerable cheaper. I was impressed with their professionalism, skills, and concern about saving us money. I would readily use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They did a terrific job. I called them because I was referred to them from a few people that they are good. The mechanical fixture inside of the commode was not properly functioning. They came out to do the work, they were efficient, cordial, nice, and they were able to do the work in hardly no time. They were scheduled to come at 10:00am and by 10:30am they were done. They said if I needed any other assistance to call them anytime. They're great!

Two gentlemen arrived the same day as my call and repaired everything quickly and correctly. I would definitely call them again.

The work they did was quick, this was for one of our rental homes and the problem was, I had to wait five and a half hours to get there. I was sitting at my rental house that had no furniture in it from one O' clock to quarter to five because they said they would be there between one and five. At five O' clock, my husband called and there was no answer at the office and then, they showed up about fifteen minutes later, just when we were getting ready to leave. They did apologize for taking so long and said that the last appointment took them longer than expected. They were very polite and very pleasant and once they arrived, the work was fine, very quick and it was just what I expected to pay for it. So there was nothing unexpected; it was just that the wait time was horrible and unpleasant.

Joey and Brandon came out to my house the day that I called and found the cause of my problem, fixed it, explained to me

what they had done and assured me that they would be happy to come again if I had any further problems. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I locked myself out of my house on accident when they got there, and they had great spirits about it. Quality of install was great, and everyone was friendly throughout the process.
