Called the plumber on a Thursday to get them to come out the following week to fix a leaking toilet. They were supposed to arrive at 10am. They did not arrive on time. I called them at 11:30 and was told that they would be there by 1:00pm. When 1pm came and went I waited an hour then called at 2pm to find out when they would arrive. The plumber did not arrive until a little after 4:30 pm. The plumber came in I told him the problem and he quietly went to work and fixed my toilet. He had to replace two seals to stop the leaking. The plumber did a great job. I just wished I would have gotten a phone call from them letting me know the delay.

Quick response and appropriately installed, but the plumber chose a completely non-matching spigot in regard to the other tub hardware and installed it without consulting with me as to whether I cared if the tub hardware all matched. Specifically he installed a faux chrome plastic spigot when all the other shower/tub hardware is brass.
