We had 4 local companies come out & give us an estimate on a new heating & air system, as our old one went down for the count. Three of the companies including Comfort Air, had great reviews for service & cost. Mr. Jeff Cass, the representative for Comfort Air, came out to check our house & gave us an estimate for an entire new Carrier system. He spent about 3 hours with us. In the conversation we found out he not only knows a lot about the heat & air industry, he is also a private pilot  that knows a lot about  airplanes & flying in general. Every time he was trying to talk about BTU's & Seer factors, I would change the subject to old airplanes & instrument flight rules.  Anyway, his price was several hundred dollars less than our other estimates & included a 10 year parts & labor warranty.
The following day we called & scheduled an appointment to have the new unit installed. Our unit was delivered right on time & all of the service techs were very polite, professional and got the entire system installed & checked out  in a reasonable amount of time.
We have had them come back out  & do an annual maintenance check up. Again, they were on time & very professional. 
I can't finish without telling about the lovely young ladies they have working in the office. Absolutely sweethearts!!
We highly recommend Air Comfort  if you have any heat & air issues or just want to upgrade your system. The quality of their products & service is first class & second to none!

They came quickly and did what was necessary and left.

There was quite a delay in getting the heat pump put in because of the arctic blast that came through. They were quite busy. There was a month delay between the time I called them and they time they were able to come out -- they originally said that it would only be a week, and we had to delay it by a week on our end as well.

Their service man, Andy, was prompt to arrive. He is always a pleasure to have in our home. Their repairs are always precise. It's easy to understand what they have done and they always give me a record of that day's activity.

We compared the process before we bought the unit with several other companies and they installed it in one day.

Called on Monday set up and appointment for Tuesday 10/11/2011 for a service person to come to my home. The scheduler was very professional, customer friendly and informative. I was told about a coupons available for any work on heating/air system. I was told that someone would be at my home in the afternoon. I contacted the company at 1:50 p.m. to check if a technician would be out due to it was raining. I was informed that no technician were working due to the rain. The scheduler immediately apologized for not calling and we rescheduled for Wednesday, 10/12/2011.

Andrew arrived on time, was professional and very helpful. He took extra time to show me how to work my new therostate. He did an excellent job with repair on the unit and gave good information on additioanl problems with the unit. The price for the job was $124.95 and with the coupon I paid $99.95. I am very happy with the job done and recommend this company.

Arrived as scheduled, diagnosed problem and gave estimate of what the repair would cost. Ordered parts that arrived overnight and returned to complete the repair early the next morning.. Very puntual. Completed repair in a timely and professional manner. Checked repair by actually test running the system, made minor adjustments to the system to make it run more efficiently without an extra charge for doing so. Did not charge for any unnecessary work or items,. In fact he deducted $140.00 off the cost of the repair because he did not need to use new freon which was figured into the estimate. Very fair pricing. Strongly recommend this company for any HVAC problems you might encounter. Also took the time to explain the problem, what was causing it, why it happened, and what the repair work would consist of before actually doing the work. there were no "surprises." Everything was made clear before he did any work on the system.

He didn't have to second guess anything. He knew exactly what the problem was. The response time was minimal. He had to order parts for the A/C. The parts came in 4 days, and he came out the same day they arrived. They were prompt. His wife or daughter takes the calls, and she put me right through to him while he was on a service call. He has reasonable prices, is extremely professional, is courteous, and on time. Strong recommendation from me.

Was here on time. Fixed the unit as we asked and did not try to sell us something we did not need. Friendly and did a good job.

I would recommend them to my friends and family members. They came out here very promptly, they were very nice and easy to work with, they knew what they were talking about, and they knew that the part was under warranty. They were very good. They did the repair on the part that was under the warranty of ours and it was nice that they knew that.
