Did as expected and returned once to support their guarantee.

Took over 2 months is not longer for them to actually find the spot where they came in. Critter Patrol would come back and say they didn't see anything. One night my wife tried to turn the kitchen light would not go on. We had someone look in our attic to fix the light and he found that the squirrels had been scratching at the wire and exposed the wires in our attic. We had to have the kitchen light re-wired and ceiling fixed. A few weeks earlier Critter Patrol found the entrance where the squirrels were coming in and there were 3 in the trap by the time they arrived to empty the trap.

Great. Showed up at the appointed times each trip. Got rid of the existing problem pests. Added prevention barriers. Told us things we could check to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

I selected Critter Patrol several years ago to remove flying squirrels from my attic and completely seal the attic.  I have called them for various reasons over the years for various reasons.  It is sometimes difficult scheduling a service call, but they have always showed up on time and inspected/repaired any areas that need attention.  Warranty can be transferred also.

Removed squirrels from our attic, closed all of the places where they were entering and reviewed things we should do to prevent this from happening again. Job was done is a professional matter and I am very satisfied with the results.

They came back in a year when we were worried the problem had reoccurred. Lucky there was no issue.

This last time once they finally came, they said they would check to see where they might be getting in and set traps.
They did set many traps throughout the attic and basement for the rodents but they did not come back to check for 9 days, only after we called.
During that time we had to personally find the traps and remove 6 dead rats ourselves, as the dead animals were smelling up the house.  When they did come back they said they did not find anymore.  The next day we found another one to remove and then a week after we found another one.
So obviously they have not sealed up the house completely as this latest infestation has been going on for almost 3 weeks.
This is so frustrating and completely unacceptable.  We have contacted them as asked to speak to management (again had to leave a voicemail. We received a message back saying the owner was out of town and would call us back in 3 days.

They were great!!!! They did such a wonderful job that we haven't had to use them again. My husband enjoy the gentleman that came out and he even showed my husband the "nest" with his fancy night vision camera.

They took too long and it quite a few months passed before they could resolve the issue. During that time, they couldn’t figure out how the squirrels were getting in and out of the attic, and the squirrels managed to chew through some wiring.

They were on time, started working immediately, and all the technicians who came out were very professional.

I was very unhappy. In the process of getting the rats out, they put a hole in my attic and never fixed it. I tried to have them come out for it but I had a difficult time reaching them. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars to have someone else fix it.

The worked turned out fine. They put up some traps and had me call them a week later when the traps were full. They also came back once after I had some roof work done and the squirrels got in again. They didn’t charge me for that visit and I have had no problems since then.
