We Care Charters

We used this charter service for a family vacation.  Our trip departed from Atlanta, GA.  The destination was New Orleans, LA.  The company would not stop anywhere along the route to pick up.  We asked to pick up in LaGrange, GA, which was along the route.  The trip down was fine.  We were dropped off at our destination in New Orleans on a  Friday and picked up the following Monday.  The bus was hot when we boarded.  We assumed the bus would cool off after we had rode for a while but it did not.  The rode for an hour, made a stop.  After we boarded, we noticed there was still no air.  After 2 hours of no air, I phoned the company which states they were unaware of any problems.  They had not been notified by the driver.  We drove for 5 hours with no air condition and minimal ventilation.  However, the driver did stop beside the rode 3 times for 15 minutes each.  The temperature inside the bus felt like it was at least 90 degrees.  The passenger included elderly and children.  The air finally started working 25 minutes before we reached our return destination.  The company did nothing to remedy the situation.  The driver never apologized for any inconvenience.  Never heard from the company.  I would not recommend this company because there was not back up offered.
