I do not normally have an appointment, I just go in. You go in to the customer service center, and the write you up. I generally go around and shop while my car is being serviced. It generally takes about 45 minutes. They do have a lobby that you can sit in. I have been going there for at least the last 4-5 years.

Overall, everything has been fine. I don t have any problem with them. I have automatic refills and sometimes they don t check, so I have to call and let them know I should have had a refill and find out what the problem is. I use them because they are closer and cheaper.

When I call in my prescription they are ready when they say. And I like that. They also offer four dollar prescriptions. So I chose to go where the price is affordable. The staff is pleasant.
