HE PARTS COUNTER CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL. I SPOKE TO HIM OVER THE PHONE THE PREVIOUS DAY. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY TO INFORM ME THAT THE PART HAD ARRIVED AND THATV IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY

I bought my car with them. There is a young man named John in the body shop. He is an excellent person to work with. I had damage from a hail storm. And there is Craig and he is wonderful. He take the time needed to find you what you want and he's not impatient. He is very, he pays attention to detail what you want. I just love him.

It went good. For an oil change, it's $25. For a dealership, that's still pretty good. They also have specials. If you don't have the warranty, they will give you coupons via email. Their responsiveness is pretty good. They have number one customer satisfaction. It's worth all the drive. The service and everything is just so much better.

They are car dealers, but they have auto repair as well. They replaced my water pump and timing belt. They do a really good job. I never have to take my car back for the same problem. They really listen to us. They are really great. I took my car in because I had to change the timing belt, which I did. My car also had problem with water pump and I didn't know it. It was still covered under my two year 100,000 mile warranty. So they repaired the water pump under the warranty, but they had to remove the belt to get to the water pump, I didn't have to pay full price for the belt. I ended up paying a lot less than I expected to. I have been using them from the past five years and they are just great. I really like them. When I buy another car, it will be Hyundai because I need to use only this service provider.

It went well. They are excellent. They are upfront and honest from the time you open your car door and start talking to them. There are never any hidden factors when you go to check out. Everything is explained while they are doing the work.
