They do what they said they would do. They take care of all the business. I have no problems with them.

Overall, I agree with the previous writer that customer service is nil, there is none with this company. I am still hoping to find another provider at which time I will gladly cancel with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

New to the area, I tried to set up garbage service. I called at least 7 times over 3 different days and always got an answering machine. I did leave a detailed message one time, with callback information, but have not received a call back. Poor customer service in not answering the phone or calling people back. (No experience with actual trash collection service.)

Previously known as A Waste Industries. They stopped picking up my trash around September when the name switched. I stopped putting my trash out in October. They were still charging me through December when they had not picked up my trash since September. I sent the company a letter that I did not want to be billed for trash that they never picked up. I am still getting bills from this company claiming that I owe them when they have not picked up my trash since September. I paid them $103. I spoke with a woman on the phone who said that I would receive a $65 refund. I have not received this. On March 14, they have charged me a $3 late fee on top of these bills. Instead of giving me the $65 refund, they applied it to the new charge for January and February. I received a bill today.
