I had been shopping around for a company to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Out of the four companies that came to inspect and give me an estimate, I chose the All Purpose Heating and Air Company. I felt it was in my best interest to go with the moderately priced company. Everything was explained to me as far as what was needed, why it was needed, how much it would cost, warranties, brand name, expected time frame, and payment options. I liked the fact that the technician actually SHOWED me the problems with my old units, which were by the way, 15 years old. The technician was also quite knowledgeable and patient in answering my many questions. The work was completed in one day and no residue was left behind. I was given the site to go on so that I could register each unit. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of this company. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
