September 7th, 2021 $270 My fiance and I are first time home buyers looking to get a house inspected. David was recommended by our realtor. On the scheduled inspection day I was not able to be there, so I instructed my fiance to make sure she asked David about our crawlspace/ductwork. David's answer to her was "If you have a handy man he can repair the duct work easy". Going over David's inspection report I felt at ease that there were only two ducts that needed to be covered. I purchased the house, called a licensed inspector to look at my HVAC unit. He look at my duct work as well, and after a second opinion, it's going to cost upwards of four thousand dollars to replace all the duct/vent work in the house. The licensed inspector was amazed that he didn't bring any of the duct work up as a major concern. If David's certifications do not give him the ability to descern between a repair or replacement then he should not be in business and he is costing people a lot of money. As well as david being a "mold specialist" when there was mold under the house and no mention of it in his report. If you choose Him, expect to hire someone licensed.

The inspection went great. David was very thorough and his inspection and very professional. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
