They charged an excessive 2400 (my wife and my "stimulus" checks) in May to improve AC performance. Kevin Tipton never answers but we managed to reach Sergei there who came out for the quote and assured us they would work for 3 days on getting our AC "pirrfecct" for the summer. 2 mexicans showed up to actually do the work, and completed it in less than a day, but still cost the same. Sergei assured us that "prrriiventatif myentennance" was done, but less than 2 months later, during one of the hottest summers, the whole AC system crashed because of a broken down air handler. Needless to say, RAM asked for a few thousand more to repair a problem they were responsible for, since clearly no preventative maintenance was done.

I received 3 estimates and he was 1/2 the price. Price is important, but not everything. Kevin, the owner, came out himself, brought copies of all insurance he had talked us through everything needed. We had to have ductwork. All the other companies had separate charges on the invoice. He did it with no additional cost. We ended up with TRANE units for the same cost as Carrier. He did not try to up sell us. All the other vendors wanted to sell on SEER ratings and up sell to a higher rating. Kevin explained that in a condo we would never recoup the "energy savings" that the higher seer rated units "promise". He does not "sub" out work. He gave us a 2 yr parts and labor warranty. Other companies only offered 1 yr parts and labor. We have manufacturers warranty of 10 yrs. the guys did a wonderful job. All the ductwork is neat and clean looking. I would highly recommend them.
