Very Bad Experience. We have had electrical issues with our swim spa and automated swim spa cover system, and the company who provided the cover was requiring us to hire an electrician to confirm that the electrical installation was correct and that the system was on a dedicated breaker. We contacted Pinnacle Electric to perform this inspection and to provide us a report that we could pass onto the cover company. Several electricians from Pinnacle came out to perform the inspection, and they spent a few hours checking everything out. My wife who dealt with the electricians stated that they were thorough and spoke highly of the installation. According to the owner, Dale, the installation was done well. We wrote a check for their service with expectations that they would provide us a report via email. My wife called Pinnacle later that day specifically requesting the report and provided our email address. This was 9 days ago. We waited several days and my wife called again. The owner took our email address again and stated that a report would be sent. Three or four days later, we still had no report, so I called. I emphasized the importance of sending the report, and again, I was told the report would be sent. Two days ago, I call once again, and the owner stated that our report was on her list to complete that day...still no report. The last 2 days, I've called each day with nobody answering the phone, going straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining that I would have to hire another electrician so that I can get a report so I pleaded to get the report...still no report. We are at wit's end and now we are faced with spending double for another electrician to come out and perform the inspection and provide us a report. We are confused as to why this company refuses to send a report to us and why they falsely provided us expectations of sending the report when they did not. Very frustrating. This is one of the worst experiences we have had so please be cautioned that responsiveness and professionalism is not part of Pinnacle's portfolio.

The men were very nice and professional. They cleaned up the mess. I do not know how much this should have cost as I did not get estimates prior to the services being performed. My bathroom was in darkness and I just l let them start right away on getting it fixed. The bill seems very high to me but ultimately I don't know if it is too high or not since I didn't get multiple estimates prior to fixing. All I know is it is seems very high to me. They were prompt in answering my call and coming to my aid though. They came when they said they would and stayed until it was fixed. I appreciated them very much. My only complaint is the bill and I am not sure if it is a valid complaint or not. If I ever need electrical work again I will get some estimates and then hopefully still hire Pinnacle.

They were recommended to me by a friend who had used them. I called them, they came out and they gave me an estimate on the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The house is almost a hundred years old, so I could imagine what condition the electrical wiring was in. They were extremely professional and very, very pleasant people to work with. I was thrilled to have them in my home because they did a magnificent job, and no matter what I asked them to do, they always said they could do it. I intend to use them again because I have bought two ceiling fans for my porch.

We found him on Angie's List. They were wonderful. I had a lot of problems with ground fault connections because my house is very old. They repaired those and also some wiring. They were excellent.

electrician was very prompt, he came out on friday and stayed 1 hour because of a previous appt that he had. he came out the next day and finished the work. so i was charged for two truck fees "30.00 a piece". the 2nd day that he showed up he brought a helper, that cost us 15.00 extra an hour, without my approval. work done was very good, but very pricey.

We found them on Angie's List and they were very good. They are a local mom and pop store and when we called them they were eating dinner. They said once they were finished they would be right out. He was a very nice guy. I feel like he did what needed to be done. It was $160 for about an hour and I have heard that is a reasonable rate.

His office was very responsive. He came at the appointed time for the estimate and upon approval that evening, an appointment was set. He came at the appointed time a few days later on time and completed the work in two days with the help of an assistant. He also vacuumed and cleaned up after their installation work. Even if it had taken a couple of weeks for him to come to me, he would have been worth the wait: knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.
