DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!   We had this provider install a generator and a new electrical panel.  He assured us that we did not need a permit to do this work and that he would submit the proper paperwork to EPB.  In Feb 2014 the generator stopped working.  We contacted the representative for the generator for service.  What we found out alarmed us greatly.  Not only was the generator circuits fired because of his installation, but the way he wired everything could have burnt my house down or caused an explosion.  The state inspector/fire marshal was called for an inspection of his work. This contractor had not followed NEC codes and had missed wired everything. Even I know that green is a ground and he had wired the ground into to the wrong place.   Now we are out one generator but also the transfer switch but the warranty on the equipment, and have to have all the wiring redone because of his actions.  We are  in a fight with his insurance company to replace the generator, transfer switch and have the home rewired correctly.  Along with that,  paperwork was never registered with EPB and according the the Fire Marshal, we did need permits.
