Mason Plumbing

Gotten here quicker. Well I understand that they had other jobs, but I know him our kids go to school.

Scheduled an appt with Mason plumbing. He showed up, charged a service call and didn't actually do the work. He said he would have to come back to do the work. He never showed back up on the day and time he promised. He just took my money and ran.

I called Tim that morning and he was at my house about noon.  He went under my house and fixed the repair quickly and efficiently.  The leak was in an area with several connections so it was more than a simple leak. We were very satisfied and would use him for any plumbing job  in the future.

Noticed water leaking around water line late on 10/10/2013. Called Tim and came on10/16//2013 and repaired. Took about 1 1/2 hours to repair. Had used Tim before and always doses good job. Do not have anyone to do repair work and nice to have someone can depend on. Always explains what he does. Feel fee is reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Tim did our job in 2 phases. he installed and connected drains and supply lines in new bathroom for new shower, toilet and vanity.
 he then did other jobs untill we had time to demo and remodel old bath. when we had finished he returned to install and connect new lines and drains for pedistal sink and toilet. Tim ran new supply lines to my kitchen ad utility rooom for washer, he ran a line to the front of the house for a outside faucet. our clawfoot bathtub was not ready to be connected at this time so Tim returned in a few weeks to install the tub.

He communicated well.  Always answered his phone when we called.  He did come a lot later than we originally planned, BUT he did work us in, so we were very grateful.  He was quick and efficient.  We will definitely call him back when we have any other further plumbing needs.

Dos - can't say enough good things about these guys.  So nice and did not inflate price at all.  Professional, Courteous, and Very Very reasonable.
We had a difficult crawl space for them to get to our problem and they did NOT give up.

We had some bad experience with another guy, and we later found Mason.  He has been very good, and his price was right.
