Generation Fence Company

Horrible. Had to fire after two weeks and pursuing recovery in small claims court

Worst company ever. Jesse quoted my fence and I went with him. Was told I would have a 10yr warranty just call with any issues. Fence was installed May of 2017 and I’ve been calling, emailing, and texting since October. Finally his brother( a real winner of a personality) in February tells me he will come out. Guess what, never showed. I tried 6 different times to get him out and every time it was an excuse. Today my gate was so hard to open that my neighbor and I broke pickets to get it open. I sent yet another message and this time he answered. He called and pretty much said oh yea I remember you, we lost our *** on that job. Yea we used junk line to save money. So yea we ain’t fixing ****. Great customer service right? Then I asked not to be cussed at and he used a whole string of words and said you are cussing me. Sad thing generation wasn’t the cheapest quote I got, but due to Jesses health issue I wanted to go it’s the to help him out. Bottom line is worst mistake ever. Look at the reviews. 1 stars. I really feel like I’ve been screwed out of almost 7k.

Jesse Jarnagin did a very professional job. Showed up on time and completed job in good time. Would recommend to anyone

The guys did a great job! I really liked that the quote was provided on site. No waiting for someone to get back to you. The work once started was completed in two days. All the posted were cemented in. We had three entry gates installed. We asked for some last minute changes and Jesse was open to the changes. The job was completed exactly as we asked.  Even my next door neighbor commented on how well done the fence the was installed and how good it looks. Very happy with the work done!
