+ -1 moreRon is a get it done kinda guy. He had the property already and financing in place. I pretty much just went in and signed the papers and he built me a house. He did it quickly, from out of the ground to putting a sign in front of it to sell in about 2 - 2.5 months. Ron was great, he has a girl in the office that does all the appointments, and hes out and doing site inspections, his son is working a lot of the septic work, they can do just about anything you need done. If I ever had Any questions he was right there to answer them.
Description of Work: They built a house for me to sell.
