ALL METAL ROOFING

UPDATE 3/22/13: ALL METAL ROOFING contracted someone to repair the ceiling in our bedroom and they did a great job.


Originally it went very well. We had a small problem with the area surrounding our wood stove stack. It wasn't completely sealed and began leaking in a severe rainstorm. We called All Metal Roofing and they came right out and sealed it correctly. However, it ruined the ceiling in our sun room and it cost us $500 to repair it.
Part of our roof is a flat roof. During a very, very bad wind storm the roof made a sound which caused us to think the roof was coming off. We called them but never heard anything back from them. We don't know if there was a limb stuck and it caused a vibration or if there was a problem and they came out and fixed it.
Currently, however, we had a serious leak in that same area which caused our ceiling to almost collapse. We called them they came out and "fixed it" except it didn't fix the problem. The roof still leaked. We had to break a hole in the ceiling to allow the water to flow through so the rest of the ceiling wasn't destroyed. They did come out and finally get it fixed. However, the repair to the ceiling will cost $995 and we requested he pay for the repair. He said he didn't think it was his responsibility and we should put it through our homeowners insurance. We do not want to do that since we have a very high deductible. We have forwarded him the estimate and are waiting to hear from him.
We suggested that if he doesn't pay for the repair we will go to small claims court. We feel he is totally responsible for this. We are just waiting to hear. If he pays for it I will certainly recommend them. If he doesn't pay for it I will certainly caution people when dealing with these people.

I like the roof. They did a good job on it. I will possibly use them again in the future.
