Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job.i do a 30 day call back for the same appliance but no money refunds. Do to customers either tampering with the item themselves or having someone else tamper with it. We are willing to send a defective part back tho.

The repairman was a great person but unfortunately was just mediocre in his skill set. He did not use any testing equipment, meters or electrical equipment to test the machine to see if my door switch was actually malfunctioning. Instead I believe he was going out to the truck and googling possible solutions to the issue. We both came to the conclusion based on the error code the unit was displaying that replacing the switch would solve the problem. But again it was not tested individually. I replaced the switch the next day but the unit still did not work. I eventually brought a new machine. The next day.
