Came out earlier than expected, pleasantly pleased. Jesse was very professional, respectful and knew exactly what the problem was.

Josh from total service came out and said that he thought I want a quote on a new ac unit. He said if he checked the unit it would be 79.00 dollars I told him that’s fine. He didn’t act like he wanted to check the unit but he asked a bunch of questions that did Pertain to much of anything. After all that he stated that Travis would have to come out and lay eyes on my unit. I didn’t hear anything for Travis until I emailed him later Saturday and he stated that could be redoing the duct work and load capacity. I would think if you tell me you are coming and you send someone else and they don’t know and you never called be back is not being professional at all I want recommend their service at all.

Travis and his team gave a fair, informed quote and did a great job with the install. Things inside the house were covered & protected, the job and neat and the clean up perfect. We are very happy.

This company is top notch! Travis and his crew came over on a Monday and completed the job before we returned home that afternoon. I would give him an A++++++++ if it was on the list! He is very professional, caring and listens to what your concerns are! He actually has been the ONLY one to fix this issue! I had asked others before him and was made to feel nothing really could be done! I am completely satisfied with the job he did and will NEVER use anyone else! He called at the end of the day and even said if I had any questions or concerns about the new thermostat or if he needed to adjust anything he would be happy to come over and do so! He did a great job and I am finally happy!!!

Honest, Fair and Quality.  I was concerned they would not respect my house and not take precautions not to damage our floors .  They did not disappoint me at all. While taking the old unit out of the attic they took every precaution not to get condensation on our wood floors.  They cleaned up behind themselves as they said they would.  Our new system has worked flawlessly since the installation.  Our power bill has decreased by almost 30%.  I recommend them to everyone.  They are honest, competent, and clean.  I have already referred them to my in-laws and Total Services installed 2-new Trane Systems and they couldn't be happier.

Mr. Stephens contacted me directly to schedule my appointment to arrange the best time for our schedules.
He was extremely professional and well-mannered when we spoke- not at any point did he make me feel as if he had somewhere else to be or that my problem was not a priority. He answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) patiently and with transparent expertise. On the day of my appointment, he arrived promptly and once the problem was diagnosed, he proceeded to work at a steady but unhurried pace. The problem was resolved in a timely manner and I have not needed him to come back out to follow-up for any reason. Aside from the inconvenience of my air conditioner needing to be repaired in the first place, my customer service experience as a whole with Total Services was very pleasant. I would most certainly use his company again and have already recommended him to a family member.
