From the initial phone call to get an estimate things went well all the way throughout the process. The estimator came out on time and wasted no time gathering the information needed. Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I had a timely response as to the cost and set up for the install to happen 2 days later. Mike called me the morning of the appointment for the install to ask if it was okay that they show up 30 minutes earlier than the appointment time. He and his coworker got to the house and wasted no time in installing the circuit, when being charged by the hour for labor that is a nice deviation from the norm. Mike even checked with me a week after the job was completed to see if the A/C people had any issues with the work that he had done. That's another story, I can't get the A/C people to come out now and get it installed. I will report that company later! I always try to use local companies to support the local economy and this is one company that stands true to the old belief that the smaller companies provide a more personal service. I have had about 10 other companies give me quotes on this and different things and they are the first to do anything in a timely manner. If you need electrical work done I would highly recommend that you utilize this company.
