Very disappointed with technician Mateo S. He performed a job that wasn't needed and did not check with me before doing it. clearing drain that wasn't clogged but did it anyways (his own words) cost me 300$+100$ diagnostic fee for a 20 mins total 400$. I called the office to speak with a supervisor but never returned my call. I have used them before and this will be the last time.

The product was not very good. I've had nothing but problems with it, but the company, Dyes, has done everything they can to get it right. Their customer service has been great, but the unit they installed, I've just had nothing but problems.

There was no cost for this service. I'm on a service plan and I cant' remember what the cost of the service plan was. It was installed several years ago. Their customer service is great.
