They showed up and worked quickly. It rained so we had to stop a couple of days and they returned and worked faster to make up time. The roof and deck finished in 4 days . One if the windows was broken when it came in so they had to reorder it. 3 days later the windows and sliding door was in. The next day they put the screen door on, and you would of never have known any construction had gone on. Cleaned up ni cely.  We had a problem with the old door leaking in and our floor got ruined. So we found the matching wood and they came back and put it in for a small fee. Very pleasent  employee's. Very clean and neat app.

I've used Disalvo construction multiple times in the past, and stated at the time that if I could give them a A+++++ rating, I would indeed do so. Karl is very patient, especially with my lack of knowledge in measurements and construction jargon. He was always open to explaining, and even giving me visuals of how things would look. We did not run into any major issues, but there were some surprises along the way and Karl's team dealt with them professionally and with good natured humor. We absolutely love how everything turned out. In place of our old mammoth stone fireplace that had no hearth, nor mantle,but just took up a major portion of our living room, is a beautiful new electric fireplace with a raised hearth and mantle with special made bookshelves built in on either side. Our bathroom is safe, and extremely beautiful thanks to Karl and his teams hard work. As a side note Karl was here every single night checking on progress, going over any questions or concerns we may have had and just generally being on top of the jobs being done. This is a contractor who is honest to a fault, has integrity, is truthful, and very reasonable. We will continue to use Disalvo construction for all of our future projects, no need to look elsewhere when you've founf the best!

This was a truly positive experience, we really did not encounter any major problems. Before we began construction, we had to get a variance from Effingham County. Because our outbuilding was less than 25 feet from our neighbors property line, and because it was going to be considered a residence, it required a special permit to allow us to build. Once we were approved for the variance, Karl submitted his final plans to us along with our budget and contract. Throughout the whole process with Effigham County, Karl was in constant contact with us and made several visits to our house to go over various items. Once building began, it was very quick, and extremely proper. Inspections happened as they were scheduled and once passed, the next step was worked on and completed. What was once an ugly workshop is now a BEAUTIFUL in law home. Our work also had to include masonry, new windows, complete plumbing and electrical work, cabinetry, etc. If it was possible to give DiSalvo Construction an A+++++, I would do it. Never have I seen a contractor with the amount of honesty and integrity as Karl's company. We will DEFINATELY call Karl for future projects we have
