"Workers not sure about techniques to make 90 degree turns. Used hammer chisels instead of concrete saw for cuts. Made uneven appearance in existing driveway concrete. It will blend over time. Still waiting for City Inspection which is not Company's fault."

"It was excellent! He went above and beyond. After they did the concrete, they moved the dirt that they excavated, took out all the roots, and pressure washed my driveway, and mailbox. He also built a flowerbed. He really did an excellent job. He displayed an exceptional character. He was on time, explained things every step of the way, and let's me know when he's on his way."

"It went very well. Boucon USA removed my original driveway, hauled off all of the spoils and poured my new driveway all in one day. Very professional and clean. I would be willing to hire them again for any concrete needs."

"Nissi construction did an amazing job extending our back patio and installing our fire pit. Top-notch, professional work at a very reasonable price. From the moment they contacted us, communication was ample and precise. They helped us decide on a design and materials. They also completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality. More importantly, Rosa and her husband are some of the most kind people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I cannot say enough about this company. Look no further than Nissi."

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

Common issues with concrete that may require professional repair or resurfacing include cracks, spalling, uneven surfaces, and weather damage.

Costs range from $500 to $1,500, depending on the size and condition of the area.

Many contractors offer warranties for their work. Confirm terms before starting the project.

Yes, expanding foam (also known as polyurethane foam) can lift concrete. This approach, called polyjacking, involves injecting the foam rather than concrete slurry to fill voids and raise the concrete slab back into place. It’s often faster and requires smaller drill holes than traditional mudjacking, though it may come at a higher cost. Some contractors also prefer polyjacking over mudjacking for more damaged and delicate slabs.
