Rodger and his assistant did an outstanding job and paid attention to all the details. I certainly plan to hire him again.

Mr. Walker arrived on time, completed the cleaning, put everything back in place, and charged a reasonable rate. He did an excellent job as our home looks new.

They did excellent work! Cleaned the many different surfaces on the exterior of our home, including the roof, safely and completely. Made our house look new. They were responsive and punctual. Recommend very highly.

Mr. Walker did an excellent job cleaning my exterior. I expressed concern to be extra careful with a vine I have growing on my courtyard wall, as well as other plants in my courtyard. He flushed them with water prior to and after cleaning. However, I have boxwoods that are dead, next to my house, on the street side. Hence this is the C grade on Quality. I will have to replace them.

This is my second year using Roger's services and all I can say is if you are not using him to pressure wash your home and other items, then you're not getting the best. This man is super friendly, and does a job for a price that can't be beat.

Rodger Walker was prompt, courteous and professional. He charged $315 for everything, and even moved the furniture, washed it down, then put it back. He used an industrial scrubber on the concrete. I think he is competitively priced, and I would hire him again.

I think I’ve used him twice and he’s excellent. A thorough pressure washing and the house is 4,000 square feet. It took one gentleman, Mr. Walker. I think he had an assistant that day, sometimes his son helps him. So, we’re going to say just one or two. It was 2 on that day, now that I recall.

Rodger was booked 3 weeks in advance but he is well worth it.  Rodger did an exceptional job at a fair price.  We would use him again.

Mr. Walker was very responsive to my need of his service for the moment I first contacted him. I spoke with his wife and he called me back within minutes of my initial call. He was very busy and could not do the job I needed for about 3 weeks, but  did get me scheduled for his first open date and said that if he had any opportunity to do the job earlier that I would be contacted.
He did call me on the morning he was to arrive just to let me know he was running a few minutes late. I was astonished after showing him the entirety of the job at his price. I was about half of what I had expected. He got right to work and the did an excellent job. I plan to use his services on a yearly basis from hence forth.
I would highly recommend him and even if you have to wait a bit he is well worth it.

House looks amazing!  This is the second time we've used Rodger and will for certain be using him again in the future, annually.  Rodger does a top notch professional job at probably the most competitive price in the area.  Super friendly guy and treats his home like it were his own.  His work was over $1,000 less that what was quoted by another contractor in the area, and that is no exaggeration.  This man his his business put together and will get it done right.  Worth while service for anyone.  Please take your business to Rodger Walker, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent job at more that a fair price. Mr. Walker was prompt and even moved some of our things outside and put them back when he finished. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs pressure washing services.

Very professional and did a great job.

Exceeded expectations. Timely, Roger and son got in, did work with good attn to detail, and got out. Roger noticed a spot not to his satisfaction and fired up the p washer for an add to 10 minutes at the end. Screened back porch is as clean as when it was built, and it was really dirty in corners. Not now. Very very satisfied. First time I have not done things myself, and it won't be the last.
