This isn't the first time I've had Robert detail my vehicle. It's been over 2 years since it's been cleaned and, in fact, he was the last person to clean it for me! I lost his card and couldn't remember the name of his business. Long story short, I have two Boxers who LOVE to ride and I take them whenever I can. I live down a dirt road on sandy land in a house surrounded by woods. Soooo, you can imagine the dirt. He did a fantastic job. He has always been punctual, thorough, and very professional. He offers tips and tricks to help keep your car looking good. I think he's fantastic and recommend him highly.

I bought the Big Deal when it was offered.  Robert got in touch with me immediately and we made the appointment.  He arrived promptly at 9:00.  We went over the vehicle and he told me what he could do before he got started.  Robert brought all the things he needed to do the job - even the garden hose.  He worked on that truck for about 6 hours!  I haven't seen my truck look so good since I bought it.  I don't want to take it out in the rain now.  My wife wants to get him to do her car.  He does an excellent job.

When I purchased the Deal on Angie's list, I immediately received an email requesting our preferred date of the service and our auto make, model and year. I returned the email with the information. We agreed on the date of service.
The Sunday before the service date I received an email stating that the weather forecast was for rain on the date we agreed on and would I be willing to do  the work a day ahead, which would have been the next day, (Monday).  Unfortunately I failed to read my emails on Sunday. On Monday morning I checked my emails and saw the request.  I immediately emailed him to say yes. Literally the phone rang within 5 minutes and he said he would be at my house shortly; he was.
Mr. Kittredge worked steadily for about 5 hours and performed a miracle on our car.  The car was heavily oxidized and had many spots on it. The headlight lenses were opaque.  He cleaned them and they looked like new. The car looked fantastic.  The interior was impressive too.
He gave us many valuable tips on keeping our car finish in good condition and suggestions for other services that we may need from other companies.
It was a very satisfying experience.

It took two calls to get a response (first time I left a message with no reply), but the second time I was able to make an appointment. The owner came to my house promptly and gave me a price to detail inside and out of an 8 year old truck that had not been taken care of. The price included steam cleaning the carpets, buffing the exterior, completely detailing the truck - whole nine yards. The owner kept telling me he doubted it would look like new again, pointing out what he thought he couldn't do, yet he still quoted me a price as if he was going to do all that I wanted. He spent a great deal of time on the exterior, and the paint looked much better. However, the rear window was started, but never finished. I was told he could not steam clean the ceiling, but he suggested I take a rag with 409 and spot clean it myself. The carpets were just vacuumed - they were not steam cleaned. A lot of the interior was missed, the pockets in the doors were dusty, the floor mats were the same as when he arrived, and dried mud and dirt was still on floor area of the door jams. Some of the exterior was missed with his buffer and we hand rubbed it out. I have had vehicles in worse shape detailed in Savannah before that looked much better. It was not worth 240.

They responded to my inquiry promptly, came at the appointed time and were very friendly and professoinal. They spent nearly six hours on my car (an eight year old, full-sized sedan with pearlescent paint and leather interior, that had not ever been been detailed before), and they came to me (mobile service) which saved travel and wait time.  Now my car looks as new as it can - considering its age.  Paint has a deep shine and a smooth finiish that will be easier for me to keep up.  Bottom line: Good value, reasonable price.
