They did good work but the prices were outrageous. They charge for closets individually. When they initially quoted, it was like $69 a room or $79 a room or something like that but there were so many add on costs to it that it ended up being 800 bucks by the time they were done. And we have a decent sized house, it's not giant and it was just the upstairs of the house because everything downstairs is hardwood or tile. It was a good job but it wasn't $800 worth of a good job.

I was having the master bedroom cleaned for my family guests. They were here in March of 2015.  It was 3 rooms for $99 and I got some cleaning solution from him for spot remover since I have a puppy.  I even had them scrub places and they didn't do nothing but put more water on my floors.  The $99 for three rooms wasn't that bad.  I have a large room that 21' by 21' and the other ones are like 8' by 9'.  In the small rooms they didn't move any of the furniture, they just did the walk area.  The price was okay.  For this last time I would give their quality a D.  I didn't want them to make a bigger mess so I didn't call them back.  They tried to be professional. 

They were great.  They were very professional, told us they were unsure if the ink would come out, but tried and it worked!!

two young men who were very professional cleaned our carpets and performed spot removal and carpet protection.

They haven't done work for me for a couple years now. I've replaced a couple carpets in a couple rooms with hardwood floors so I haven't used them in a couple years. The last time I had them they were on time, they came in promptly, they were professional and they did a pretty good job so I was pleased with them.

They are prompt. I would use them again.

They are very good at what they do; if you have extra spots or something that you did not know you had they will point them out to you and then go get them. They clean upholstery on sofas and chairs as well and they can scotch-guard them. I think they are very professional and do a good job. I have never seen a stain that they have not been able to get out. They put wax paper underneath the legs of your wooden furniture or something else under metal legs so it does not leave a stain. I have never had a problem with them.

They always do a good job and we use them often.

Their prices are reasonable.  They come in and they do a superb job.  I almost didn’t recognize my carpets.  They put in the furniture as exactly where it was.  They put things under the feet to protect the room.  I would strongly recommend them.  I had a very good experience.
