He was running just a bit late but did call me and let me know. Once he was here he and his assistant worked non-stop till them had all the work done. This was his first time installing a reverse osmosis system so it did slow him down just a bit, but he still got it installed correctly. I was also very happy to see he didn't take cigarette breaks while he was here as so many do.

Mr. Stafford arrived when he said he would, fixed the problem promptly with parts he had with him, and cleaned the work area. Personally, I I though his price was a LITTLE high but I have no complaints and would hire him again. He gets an 'A' from me.

The service went great. Mr. Stafford was very prompt arriving at our home soon after we contacted him. He is very knowledgeable and professional, our issues were identified and resolved in only a few minutes.

Called Stafford Plumbing as our sewer in part of the house was clogged and water was backing up in our shower. I asked them when they could come and Mr. Stafford told me later that day as soon as he could. He arrived earlier than I expected assessed the problem and proceded to do the work. He was professional fast and did a better than expected job he went all the way to the septic tank and ran water through the drain in the house to the septic tank to make sure the tank was not full as well. I was very please and the charges were reasonable since they were here for a good hour or more with two men on the job. Very pleasant experience and plan to use them exclusively for my plumbing needs.

Took care of the problems. Setting a toilet over uneven tile is a problem, but he worked on it until it was level and no longer wobbly. Had to leave to take care of something but returned later. Returned another day to complete the job.

They unhooked my existing kitchen faucet and installed the new one in no time flat. The put everything back under the sink and left the immediate area spic and span. They also disposed of the old faucet and box for me.

Stafford Plumbing arrived on time for estimate to replace water heater. Their estimate was fair and reasonable.
They arrived on time to remove the old water heater and replace it with a new one. They cleaned up after taking the old water heater out. They honored their quoted price and also answered some questions reguarding my homes plumbing.
Stafford plumber's were extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely hire Stafford Plumbing for all my homes future

They did an okay job. The price was fair. They were prompt. They were fair economically. They repaired one toilet and that was okay. The work was average. The price was good. I would use them again.
