Justin (owner) and Sarah (project manager) were extremely genuine people that I loved working with. Justin made sure all the work met his quality standards throughout. Sarah was always there and willing to walk me through everything from picking out my fixtures to handling any small issues that came up throughout the project. Customer service is the #1 most important thing to me and I feel like the team at Southern Home Solutions actually cared about me and my project. Great job guys! This was a full bathroom remodel with added walk-in shower.

Considering the weather that delayed the project, everything went well and I am pleased with the outcome.

The team did a wonderful job putting up a new pergola on the back of our house and removing an old shed out back. They also installed a new fence. We highly recommend their service and will be using them again for future projects

Justin and his crew were a joy to work with. They ripped out an old sunken spa tub and built an oversized shower in its place. Work is impeccable and there was nothing left to clean up when they left. Crew was always on time, polite and checked with me on every detail that needed to be tweaked. Would definitely recommend for any home renovation work that you need done !

It went amazing. Had a pipe explode and flood my downstairs. Hired Justin’s company to do the work. Quality of the work was superb. I will say this, Justin isn’t like other contractors. He will show up clean shaven, with a company shirt on, in a clean vehicle, be courteous, won’t be answering the phone while talking to you, he answers and returns calls, and (my favorite part) he’s on time. He’s punctual to a T. If he said he will be out at your house at 10am, he will be there at 9:55am, that’s just how he operates. He makes you and your job/problem feel as though it is the most important job he has going on at the time. Superb knowledge and skillful problem solver, I would (and have) hires Justin to solve numerous issues across numerous properties. Hire him, and it’s very hands off. You don’t have to be at the job calling and making sure he shows up, or making sure he doesn’t leave the job site messy, or making sure his crew isn’t stealing stuff from your home. None of that, he is top notch and runs a tight ship. You won’t go wrong with this guy.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. First off they have poor communication. Secondly they lie and cheat. Hired them to remodel 2 areas of our home. After they finished with the first project they came back and told us that it would be over the estimate they gave us. Till all was said and done with that project the cost was more than double the original estimate. We decided to not have them do the second part of the remodel and asked for a refund of the difference between the actual cost and the amount we gave them as a deposit (more than $4000). They gave us a check back, which they then in turn stopped payment on. When I finally got a hold of them to demand payment, they told us we broke the contract and were not entitled to the refund. We never signed a contract with them, it was an invoice!
