These people have got to be the worst people on the planet. They were recommended to us by a plumber who is part of a HUGE service group in our area so I immediately trusted them. They came out because of a leak that had damaged carpet, drywall and hardwood. When I first met the main guy, whose name I cannot remember, he said "We work for the customer, not the insurance companies." Bunch of garbage. He did the good ol' boy routine and I bought it because I needed someone to trust. We were panicked and upset and they knew just what to say. They came in and did their thing. Tore up carpet, tore up part of the floor, tore out the shower. They left fans and dehumidifiers in the house for a good bit. I don't do this kind of work and we were trusting them completely so I didn't and still don't question the work they did. The issues happened afterward. One day I get an email with a bill for $3747.43. This is after the insurance had paid them. I called and asked what the deal was and said that insurance was supposed to pay for all of it. They said that the insurance co. would not honor their full invoice and that I would be responsible for the rest. I told them that the insurance co. was reviewing it and that it should be paid by them. Fast forward to yesterday, I get the same bill in an email that stated that if I didn't pay the balance in full in 2 DAYS that they were going to put a lien on my house and send me to collections!!! I emailed them back and all I got was that it was 60 days after the date of service and that it would be sent to collections after 2 days. I called the insurance company and asked why they were not paid and they told me that there were a bunch of things done that didn't need to be done so they didn't pay it. I begged my insurance co. to make it right for me and they did pay the balance but only after I was bullied by SerClean to get in the middle of all this. Stay away from this company. They do not care about you. They care about money.

Highly recommend!!! Justin, Cody and Stephen were there for us every step of the way! We had a pipe bust and cause water damage and they not only performed their jobs exceptionally, but also were very supportive and understanding to us going through a highly stressful situation. Always kind, responsive and professional. To go through a household emergency like this, I am very thankful we had them on our side. Thank you for a job well done!!

This company took advantage of my elderly mother. Her hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded her garage. They did arrive quickly, assess the damage, and immediately start ripping out walls. They moved a ton her damaged items and told my mother that they would take pictures and document everything that was being thrown out so that it could be submitted to her insurance company. That was over a month ago and the insurance company has yet to receive any photos from them. She just had to take a complete financial loss on all her damaged belongings, because she trusted that they would submit those photos to the insurance company. That is what she was told by Nathan. She has called Nathan and the company repeatedly with no return call. However, they sent her an invoice for over $7,000!!! The work they did was worth $1,500 tops!!! They want $7,000 just for plugging up fans and dehumidifiers that were running off of her electricity! They were dragging out the job to make it cost more money so they could get a big payout from her insurance company! My mom only received $2,000 from her insurance to repair everything they ripped apart. But they want $7,000. Don’t trust this company!! Definitely wolves in sheep’s clothing!

I was extremely happy that I hired a different company for mold testing and I paid 1/4 the price and the quality was fantastic. I am thrilled and my tenants are relieved. I encourage people to look around for a more reasonable mold testing service. $495 / per test is ridiculously high. Look around. Additionally, I was quoted $300 to expedite results. The company I HIRED got me the results within 48 hours at no extra cost.

Had a slab leak, SerClean responded immediately with dehumidifiers, fans and a knowledgeable staff that knew how the insurance process worked to make life easier. After remediation, had another company re-pipe entire house, SerClean came back after them and turn-keyed the remainder of the project. This included trim work, drywall, sanding, painting and cleanup. Punctual, detail work, and clean up after themselves.

Provider Michael Mock of SerClean is a graduate engineer and a very competent professional who is a trustworthy and diligent hands-on manager. He exhibits a very high confidence level that only comes from training and experience. He also has an assuring style of management and is respected by his employees.  When I commented upon the work ethic and appearance of his employees he said they know their jobs and look the part. He said you don't want just anyone working in people's homes.  Our employees are like a family to us and to each other. If you don't do your job and get along with your crew we don't retain you as an employee.  I must admit that the people were all very industrious and knew what they were doing and each crew had a working crew supervisor on hand. They work fast and through.  SerClean was also very professional in coordinating with my insurance company and removed the burden of me having to deal with an adjuster. SerClean of Savannah was recommended to me by someone that had used them for a similar mold problem and was also impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism.  The people at all levels of this company exhibit a very high confidence level--they are trained and knowledgeable about what they do. I wish all companies I deal with had acceptable prices and performance guarantees like Michael Mock and SerClean.  I recommend them without exceptions.
