I had cheaper quotes but Nick had the most professional presentation. I was impress and the installation was on time, not intrusive, quick and very well done. These people know what they're doing.

Nick was very knowledgeable as he presented type of windows and cost estimate without pressure to buy. Trent, installer, was on time and left area cleared of debris. Quite some time after installation we had some water intrusion around windows. Nick was my first contact for information, came the same day and pinpointed the problem, which was not the windows at all. GREAT service!!

Great service and perfect installation

Could never have found a better company to do business with. The entire team Nick, Trent, and the rest of the crew were fantastic! They dotted every i and crossed every T. I have never seen such a dedicated crew and so thorough. In the spring we had all of the windows in our house replaced along with the back door and a new storm door. Just this past week we ordered a new storm door for the front and a Dutch door for the front also. The work was done So professionally and on time. Trent is one of the most thorough and dedicated young man I have worked with in a long time his entire crew goes above and beyond what would be expected. I cannot say enough good about this entire experience with Windows and More. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if there were numbers and stars above what is Provided I would give them a 20 or 10 stars. I was very pleased with the service I received from Nick Grant and the team at Savannah Windows & More. My meeting with Nick to review the project left me feeling that they provided a better service than another contractor I worked with in the past. The team showed up on time, were friendly and professional. They worked continuously, with a short lunch break, until the job was done. The job included removing and replacing custom blinds in all the windows, this was done without any damage to the blinds. They left my home in excellent condition, and I love my new windows! I look forward to working with them.

Wonderful windows and a great local company to work with. Our 30+ year old aluminum windows were replaced with new vinyl windows by Great Lakes Windows and Savannah Windows and More. The windows were better made and insulated then three other name brand windows we looked at. Window performance ratings met or exceeded federal guidelines for windows in the coastal area. Many extras available and less expensive than other name brand windows, great window warranty too. LOVE being able to pick different interior and exterior colors and full screens. Already noticed a noise reduction from outside traffic. Sales, Demo, and Installation very professional. Installation was in one day, beautifully done, they left the areas (inside and out) very clean and done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Savannah Windows and More.

We had a pretty big job and these fellas worked 5 days straight in the heat and rain at times to finish as timely as possible. The trim work is fantastic with great attention to detail. These new windows made our home look so much more updated. If you’re looking for an organized company that delivers exactly what they propose, this is your window company. We shopped around prior to choosing Savannah Windows and nobody else in town was as professional.

I could not have hoped for a better experience or outcome. Nick was on time and well prepared for the initial meeting. Nick is very pleasant and was his professionalism gave me a high level of confidence. I was quoted a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks on the windows. They arrived in three weeks and I was fortunate to be around during the installation. The installers were professional and kept a clean and orderly work area. The installation is top notch. The house looks great and the quality of the windows is beyond my expectations. Savannah Windows and More was very easy to work with and I would certainly use them again.

Contacted Nick after we had a local well known national company replace windows at our home. The other company was a disaster. From the moment he returned my call, I knew it would be much better service. I would call the other company 2-3 times and wait 2-3 weeks to maybe hear back from them. Not with Nick, returned phone call that morning. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He came out and did an assessment for us of possible damage done by the other company. Kept it very professional and gave us advice we needed. Nick gave us a better rate than the other well known local company and I will be calling him to complete window replacement at our home for sure.

Nick, the owner, responded quickly and came to the house to give an estimate. He demonstrated the difference in different types of glass and their thermal efficiency. He also noted the need for tempered safety glass since our windows were so close to the floor. (We have a new grandson, so this was important. He impressed us with his desire to do a great job. After informing him that he got the job, he returned and measured for 20 windows. Since Savannah isn't a normal windows open kind of place (heat in summer, unbelievable pollen in the spring) we purchased mostly picture windows, and only 4 casement type for the bedrooms. His pricing sheet was very easy to understand. The brand he sells in from Alside, an Ohio company. They were ordered and arrived approximately 4 weeks later. Trey, the installer, called for an installation date that was convenient and estimated an 2 day job. (It ended up being three.) He arrived on time at 830a, and went right to work, spreading drop cloths both inside and out. His helper, Matt, handled the outside part of the job and the first day resulted in 15 windows being installed. (2 large picture windows gave them a bit of trouble). Trey returned alone the next day a finished installing the last 5 windows, foaming the gaps on the outside, and beginning the process to install the aluminum trim. He was so meticulous that it took him another whole day to finish, and the end product is spectacular! No more painting trim around the windows, all the bad wood was replaced, and the house is so much more air tight. (I plan on reviewing the thermal efficiency claims in the next few months.) Outstanding effort, on time arrivals, and clean installation.

I found these guys on Angie's list and contacted Nick via email to set up an estimate. At my job I am not usually able to answer my cell, so I explained that my mother would be at my home for the whole process and would be his main point of contact. Nick was very understanding and very communicative with both me and my mother. Nick and his team far exceeded our expectations (which were pretty high to begin with). We couldn't believe how hard these guys worked while still making sure every detail was correct. In fact, we had a few imperfections in a couple of our screens that were to be installed. Rather than install them anyway and hope that no one noticed like most places would, they explained to us they were going to order replacements for those two screens. Our 1960s brick home looks revitalized with these new windows and we couldn't be happier. Savannah Windows made sure every detail was perfect. They even washed all the windows and cleaned every bit of chipped paint off the ground from our old deteriorating windows. I highly recommended them!

They were fantastic to work with. They promised us to be done in four days as long as it didn’t rain. It rained one afternoon and they were done in 4 1/2 days. The cladding they put on the outside of your window makes them maintenance free. They hold stuff away each day so your property was always neat and looked as if they hadn’t been there by the time they left each day. The doors were of superb quality and look beautiful. We were extremely happy with the work that was completed!

From start to finish it was a great experience. Nick, the owner, was the consummate professional, with attention to detail and every aspect performed by him and his crew. I got 4 bids and hands down have zero regrets hiring Savannah Windows and More.

Nick came out to give me a price on replacing sliding door. I had always wanted french door but thought it was out of my price range. When Nick suggested the french door with a cat door and with a price I could live with I was very excited. His idea came out perfectly and I'm very pleased with my new door. Would definitely recommend ABC and will be calling on them again for other projects. Susan Perry

Could not have asked for a better job. They were on time each day, brought the needed material and worked continually. The job was done within the time indicated. They did quality work with quality material. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a sun room or replace windows within the home. In addition to the window replacement, they were also experienced in electrical work and carpentry. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do similar work.
