Hank Nagel is the Service Manager. He is as knowledgeable, professional and honest as they come. He has serviced our AC for several years. Always prompt! When the main AC unit "died" 3 years ago...he gave us several choices and a recommendation. The unit was installed with no hassle...no muss...no fuss. He is prompt returning calls and does what he says when he says. We used to use another local service but LUCKILY found Hank when the 'other' service couldn't get to us for a week. if you are in the RH/Hinesville/Sav area, I strongly suggest you call Mr. Nagel for your AC/Heating needs!
