I am very disappointed in the service my family received by the Republic Trash Recycling Service. The company truck picked up trash that was in the "recycle can only". We are a military family and have excessive boxes/papers from moving. The driver picked up our boxes the last two recycling days, however, refused to pick up the boxes/paper today. We pay taxes and in return exceptions should be maid to accommodate tax payers. When I called to explain my issue the woman (Jen) laughed at me. How unprofessional is that? I am done recycling in Bryan County, GA. Her supervisor Tim provided lip service and was of no help either.
