PERFECT POOLS

During the course of his service, I had to drain my pool partially once and completely once because the water had gotten so bad and he could not get the chemicals right. His attendance was sporadic. He had a lot of excuses for not showing up and for the work not being done.. holidays, family problems, truck broken down. He would come if called, but for about 3/4 of the time he did the work during winter months, the pool was murky or just plain swamp green. After refilling the pool at the beginning of February, I have had to contact him regularly to get him out to the house to keep the pool for getting all swampy again. I don't think this guy has a good handled on what he is doing, and he certainly is not reliable in his attendance. If you have to pay for you water (I don't thank goodness), it is cost prohibitive. He started in November and I have had to drain the pool twice during this time, once partially and once completely. He is always polite and will come if you track him down, or at least he will promise to come. If he doesn't come that day, you are probably going to have to call him back.
